How does the Strengths-Coaching work?

 

The Strengths-Coaching consists of two parts – the Clifton Online Assessment and an Invidual Coaching Session.

The Clifton Strengths Online Assessment is built on data of more than 2 million individuals and success story studies that have been collected in the past 40 years. You will have to rate 177 pairs of statements coming from criteria-based validation studies. Most of my clients are surprised about the good fit of the results with their self-perception. The assessment takes around 40 minutes.

We will analyze your talents and strengths in detail and will discuss how you can best apply the results in order manage an actual challenge and to become even more successful.

The Interactive Team-Performance Workshop is a great completion of the strengths-oriented way of work. We are looking at the team-strengths-matrix and leverage the opportunities that the findings offer to bring your team to the next level.
