The Strengths-Coaching consists of two parts<\/strong> – the Clifton Online Assessment and an Invidual Coaching Session.<\/span><\/p>\n The Clifton Strengths<\/strong> Online Assessment<\/strong> is built on data of more than 2 million individuals and success story studies that have been collected in the past 40 years. You will have to rate 177 pairs of statements coming from criteria-based validation studies. Most of my clients are surprised about the good fit of the results with their self-perception. The assessment takes around<\/span> 40 minutes.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n For the Individual Coaching Session<\/strong> you can chose between several options – see below. The Interactive Team-Performance Workshop<\/strong> is a great completion of the strengths-oriented way of work.
